Where are you based?
We have two teams to serve you better: one is based in Devonport, Tasmania, and the other is in Melbourne. Both teams are flexible and can capture your special day, wherever you are located.
Do you charge a travel fee?
For elopements:
- Free travel within 2 hours from Devonport, Tasmania. Extra fees apply for longer distances.
- Free travel within 100 km of Melbourne. Extra fees apply for longer distances.
For weddings:
- Free travel within whole Tasmania. Extra fees apply for longer distances.
- Free travel within 100 km of Melbourne. Extra fees apply for longer distances.
For other destinations, travel and accommodation costs will be calculated based on the specific location.
Will we talk before the day?
Absolutely! We’ll be chatting and staying in touch with you to make sure everything goes smoothly and to answer any questions you have. We’re here to make sure your day is just right!
When can we expect to receive everything after the wedding?
- Sneak Peek Photos: We’ll send you some cool shots within 2 days.
- Teaser Video: Expect a teaser video in a couple of weeks.
- Full Photo Gallery: You’ll get an online gallery in about 8 weeks.
- Full Videos: The complete videos will be ready in 3-5 months
- We’ll send you a package with a USB drive that has all the photos and videos when everything’s ready.
What is raw footage for the video?
Raw footage is all the video we capture throughout the day, shown in the order it was filmed. We’ll include clear audio for the vows during the ceremony and speeches at the reception. For other parts, we’ll keep some of the on-site audio but add music to make it flow smoothly.
How do you choose the music for our film?
We usually pick music that fits your vibe and style. If you have any favorite tracks or specific music you’d like us to use, just let us know when we chat, and we’ll see if it fits the film!
